Em que consiste o Pentágono?
Os objetivos do Pentágono são fáceis de explicar, mas difíceis de alcançar. Começando como um desempregado com fama de 'jogador de futebol amador' em qualquer liga, se o “treinador” tiver no currículo os seguintes troféus, o desafio está completo.

- Liga dos Campeões da CONCACAF (Norte-Americana)
- Liga dos Campeões Africanos
- Liga dos Campeões Asiáticos
- Liga dos Campeões Europeus
- Copa Libertadores

Este desafio está concebido para testar as qualidades de um jogador de FM a todos os níveis, já que terá de passar por todos os cantos do mundo, por todos os níveis competitivos e financeiros e de se adaptar constantemente ao meio em que se vê envolvido, só jogadores versáteis, taticamente proficientes e com capacidade para se motivarem constantemente poderão chegar ao fim deste derradeiro desafio.

Desafios Adicionais:

1. Aliança Anti-Premier League - Não carregar qualquer liga inglesa, isto aumentará o nível de desafio e fugirá um pouco à rotina, já que praticamente em qualquer save de carreira o treinador vai ter à Inglaterra.

2. Gestão Sustentável - Manter o clube e as suas transferências financeiramente realistas, não gastar dinheiro que não se tem, não usar pagamentos por mensalidades (a não ser que tenham efetuado vendas por mensalidades que cubram o valor a pagar no mesmo prazo de tempo), não comprar jogadores quando se está com balanço negativo. Basicamente vou pensar "O Vasco faria como?" e vou fazer ao contrario.

3. Gestão Nacionalista - Fazer, em todos os clubes por onde se passa, o plantel o mais nacional possível. Isto limita imenso os jogadores que poderemos usar em cada uma das ligas, mas adiciona uma maior dificuldade ao desafio.

Configuração do save

#1 - Inicio desempregado;

Inicialmente eu tinha o objetivo de iniciar direto no EUA, pois nunca tive um save decente e durador lá. Inclusive o treinador ficou assim:
